SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping via Third Party Carriers
We typically use third-party freight carriers to delivery our products to our customers. Due to the large sizes of many of our products, we must first obtain a shipping quote from a list of carriers, which is transmitted to us through freight brokers. For some of our smaller products, we may ship via UPS or FedEx ground delivery. The following models are shippable via UPS/FedEx Ground Delivery: MO-20, MO-60, BN-250, and all organizers. However, larger workbenches can become damaged during ground transit and freight carriers are better equipped to handle larger shipments.
Shipping by Distributors
Mastercraft Workbenches does not set up freight shipments for distributors (whether drop shipping or shipping large wholesale orders), unless we have made other arrangements with the distributor. We will provide you with the dimensions and weight of the shipment. For drop shipping via ground deliver, we may set up the shipment using your FedEx or UPS account number, in which you will be billed directly by FedEx/UPS. Many of our workbenches are shipped in multiple boxes on a pallet. These shipments should not be separated by the carrier. The class number for our products is 85.
A great way to save money is to pick up your order from our factory. You can either pay via an invoice sent directly to your email, or you can pay at our factory. We only accept cash when paying at the factory. To make sure your order is ready to be picked up, please make arrangements prior to arriving.
Depending on the size of the workbench you ordered, you may need a vehicle large enough to house the workbench. Many of our workbenches are very heavy, so having additional help at your destination may be needed in order to avoid damaging the pieces.
Because most of our products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations prior to shipment. For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged.
For large orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your order prior to delivery, your 50% deposit may not be refunded, depending on whether we began production or not. Please make sure to cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid incurring any unnecessary production costs.
Missing Boxes and Damages Caused During Transit
Damages during transit do not happen often but are a possibility. We want you to know that we are here for you if you experience any issues with your shipment. There are several steps to take to ensure that services are delivered as smoothly as possible. First, make sure to inspect all boxes for damages and/or missing components before signing for it with the delivery driver.
You can see how many boxes your shipment has on the product page of the specific product you ordered.
Upon delivery, if you notice any damages to the boxes or any missing boxes, inform the delivery driver. If possible, inform the driver that you do not want to accept a damaged shipment and request documentation from the driver notating the damages or missing boxes. We also encourage customers to take photos of the damages or the shipment with the missing boxes.
If you accept a damaged or incomplete shipment, take photographs of the damages and email them to us. We cannot guarantee a full replacement, but we will work with you to resolve the issue and if possible, send you the component that is damaged or missing.

There may be variations in Formica colors, knobs, locks, and other hardware that is used in some of our products. The drawer slides are made from wood. not metal. Bench pins that are shipped with the workbenches are not fitted at the factory. All measurements are approximations.
We are providing you with a warning required by California Proposition 65.
California Proposition 65 requires that special warnings be provided to California consumers when products contain chemicals known by the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects, or other reproductive harm if the use of those products may cause consumers exposure to those chemicals above certain threshold limits. These warnings relate to medium density fiberboard, plywood, and particle board. We are providing the following warning to California consumers as required by Proposition 65 for products that reference this section:

Pricing and Information
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our source books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
Special offers may be for a limited time.
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Defects in Products
Due to the large sizes of our workbenches, we are unable to accept return shipments. If there is a specific component missing or damaged, we may be able to send you the specific component. We want you to be happy with your workbench and/or organizer, so we are here to help. Please email us if you have any issues with your product.
